  • What are your hours of operation?

    We are open Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm

  • What age groups do you accept?

    We enroll children from 15 months to 5 years old

  • How do I enroll my child?

    To enroll, please complete the registration packet, submit required health forms, and pay the enrollment fee to reserve your child’s spot.

  • What curriculum do you use?

    We use a play-based, academic, Montessori, STEAM-based curriculum focused on early literacy, math readiness, social-emotional development, and hands-on learning.

  • Are meals and snacks provided?

    Yes, we provide breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks that meet USDA nutritional guidelines. You are welcome to send food if your child has dietary restrictions.

  • How do you handle potty training?

    We work in partnership with families to support potty training and follow each child’s individual readiness and routine.

  • What security measures do you have in place?

    Our facility is secured with keypad entry, security cameras, ID check-in, etc, and only authorized individuals are permitted to pick up your child.

  • How do you communicate with parents?

    We use daily reports via app/email, parent-teacher conferences, newsletters, and open-door policy to ensure consistent communication.

  • What is your sick policy?

    Children must be symptom-free for at least 24 hours fever, vomiting, diarrhea  before returning. We follow strict health guidelines to keep our center safe and healthy.

  • Do you administer medication?

    Yes, we administer medication with a signed authorization form from the parent or guardian. All medication must be in its original container. We do not offer over the counter medication

  • What if my child has allergies or special needs?

    We accommodate allergies and individual needs. Please inform us during enrollment so we can develop an appropriate care plan.

  • What is your discipline policy?

    We use positive guidance and redirection techniques to encourage appropriate behavior and teach self-regulation.

  • What happens during inclement weather or emergencies?

    We follow local school district closures or delays. Emergency plans are in place and shared with parents during enrollment.

  • What are your tuition rates and payment policies?

    Tuition varies by age group and program. Payments are due weekly on Friday and we offer automatic payment options. We offer child care assistance from the State of Illinois if families qualify.

  • What is your teacher-to-child ratio?

    Our ratios follow state licensing guidelines:

    ·       Toddlers: 1 teacher to 5 children

    ·       2 year old 1 teacher to 6 children

    ·       Preschoolers: 1 teacher to 10 children
